Job description:
This position will be responsible for overseeing all billing department duties. Information and materials generated from this department will be in direct supervision of the billing director including but not limited to, verification of customer's insurance, healthcare claim submissions and collections, authorization processing, refund and co-pay processing, Insurance Contract Management and direct communication with insurance organizations.

The billing director will be responsible to manage billing activities for any of Celtic Healthcare’s service lines.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years in homecare /hospice billing required
Experience with Emdeon preferred
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
